TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through EloraBrewHouse.com from ELORA CAFE LLC, doing business as Elora Brew House.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, materials, dimensions, weights, photographs, and pricing.

Minor variations may occur because of lighting, screen display, production tolerances, or natural material differences. These reasonable variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

PRICING

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and any clearly disclosed charges are calculated during checkout.

We may correct pricing or listing errors before shipment. If an error materially affects an order, we may contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order is not final until payment is authorized and the order is accepted for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders involving unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment problems, address restrictions, obvious errors, or policy violations.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and are governed by our Payment Policy.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours after ordering. Requests are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

SHIPPING

We ship only to eligible addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days and transported within an estimated 3–7 additional business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

DELIVERY

Responsibility for providing an accurate delivery address belongs to the customer. We are not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied during checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after an approved return is received and inspected.

PRODUCT USE

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, dimensions, care instructions, warnings, and compatibility before use.

Products must be used only for their intended household purpose and according to any included instructions.

WARRANTY

Unless a separate written warranty is stated on the applicable product page, no extended product warranty is provided.

This provision does not limit consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability concerning a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from improper use, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable United States federal law.
